When, where and how do you ship your deliciously baked cakes? We ship Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from our location in Los Angeles. If you would like us to ship on another day, please email help@delight.paris Unfortunately, we are unable to ship baked goods internationally due to custom restrictions. Where is DeLight from Paris located? I need a cake! Our cakes are sold through our online store. Please follow our instagram @delightfromparis to learn about our events.
How long do your baked cakes & cookies last? Our cakes are made with the purest and freshest all-natural real ingredients without any preservatives or stabilizers. Their shelf-life is 7-10 days at room temperature/in the fridge in an airtight container. If you keep the cake in the fridge, just bring it to room temperature on the counter when you are ready to taste it. Our cookies can last up to two months away from direct sunlight.
What allergens are contained in your products? Our cakes are gluten free. However, all of our products are processed in a facility that handles eggs, dairy, nuts and wheat.
Can you do gift packaging and include a gift message? During the checkout process, there will be a box to enter a gift message or special instructions. We will hand pack your cakes with a nice box and include a message card with a Paris scenery designed by our French designer.
How do I become a retailer? If you are interested in becoming a retailer of our gourmet cakes, please email us at info@delight.paris. We would love to discuss the possibility of you carrying our tea cakes and cookies!

SHIPPING

  • We ship Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you would like us to ship on another day, please email help@delight.paris
  • We currently offer Priority Mail shipping through USPS (1-3 days) and UPS.
  • Our shipping rates are provided by USPS based on the weight and destination at the time of the order. You may review the shipping cost before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect/incomplete address information entered during checkout, inclement weather surprises by mother nature, business closure courier issues, stolen packages left at a safe location as deemed by the courier, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking system used by USPS does not update until the package has completed traversing through sorting centers. Therefore, their progress bar updates at a much slower pace. Once the tracking number has been entered into their system, it should provide an estimated delivery date.
Do packages require a signature? Unless specifically requested via phone for an additional charge, all of our packages do not require a signature.
Do you accept returns? All of our products are handmade, perishable items. As such our cakes are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have an issue regarding your order, please contact us at info@delight.paris.
