How far in advance should I order?
If you only want to customize messages on cookies, we need 3-5 business days to
bake and pack. For logo customization, the lead time is 5-6 business days after the
artwork is approved. For custom packaging, the lead time is 4 weeks. You can
preorder and we can arrange the shipping for you. We suggest planning ahead for
holiday season orders as November and December are our busiest months.

Can I select a delivery date?
Yes, you can preorder and let us know your desired delivery date by emailing info@delightpatisserie.com. We’ll arrange the shipping for you.

What’s the shelf life?
The cookies stay fresh at room temperature for 2 months. We don’t suggest
freezing or refrigerating them, as this will change the texture.

Are there extra fees for customization?
We don’t charge extra for customizing your cookies. However, there is a minimum
order of 16 cookies per message customization and 240 cookies for logo
customization. We offer one free revision for the artwork on cookies. For each
extra revision, there is a fee of $25.
