How to add red hearts?
Want red hearts on your cookies? In Step 3: Pick Style & Quantity, choose "Cookies with Red Heart Sprinkles" in the STYLE section. You can use "<3" to symbolize the red heart - just note that each cookie can have one red heart only.

What is the production time?
We bake everything fresh — no inventory here! Both custom message and predesigned shortbread cookies take about 1–3 business days to make (shipping time not included). That way, every cookie arrives with its perfect melt-in-your-mouth taste. For urgent orders, please contact us.

What are the ingredients, nutrition, and allergen info?
Ingredients: Flour, butter, powdered sugar, cage-free egg, vanilla extract, salt. Red sugar sprinkles included if red hearts are selected.

How should I store my shortbread cookies?
Great news — our shortbread cookies stay fresh at room temperature for up to 3 months in their sealed cello bags! We don't recommend refrigerating or freezing them, as this can change the texture.

You'll find a Gift Message section at checkout — that's the perfect spot to add your personal note!

Can I order in advance?
Absolutely! Just leave a note with your preferred delivery date at checkout (in the "Special instructions for seller" section), and we'll schedule the shipment for you. One thing to keep in mind: if you choose economy or ground shipping, we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date — your package may arrive a few days early. It's always better to arrive early than late.

We've got you covered! Our annual shortbread gifting planner takes care of birthdays, thank-you gifts, milestones, and more. Contact us for the dropship form — just fill in your shipping addresses and expected delivery dates, and we'll handle all the shipments for you. Minimum: 4 (16-cookie) boxes to join the program.

How can I change the shipping address or gift message?
No problem! Just email us at info@delightpatisserie.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to update it for you. Once it's on its way, it's out of our hands — so the sooner you let us know, the better!

Can I customize the shortbread cookies with my logo?
Yes! We offer custom logo shortbread cookies for corporate orders. Just email your logo picture to info@delightpatisserie.com and let's chat about your project. Minimum order: 200 logo shortbread cookies, 12 gift boxes (16 cookies each), or 30 mini boxes. A setup fee applies for smaller quantities.
