DeLight Patisserie is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the experience for all of our customers and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, cognitive or other disabilities.

What we have done

  • Tested our pages with automated accessibility tools and fixed the issues found
  • Improved color contrast for text, links and buttons
  • Increased the base text size for easier reading
  • Made keyboard focus clearly visible across the site
  • Added text alternatives to images and labels to buttons and links

Known limitations

Our tin lid designer is a visual, drag-and-drop tool and may be difficult to use with a screen reader or keyboard alone. If you would like a custom tin, send us your request through our contact form or by email at help@delightpatisserie.com, and email us any photos you would like on the lid as attachments. We will gladly create your design with you and take your order directly, at the same price.

Checkout is provided by Shopify, which maintains its own accessibility program.
